JUPITER, FL – March 27, 2017 – InJupiter attended the University of Miami’s Sport Industry Conference and was in the audience for Greg Norman’s Search for the Next Great Sports Entrepreneur. Organized in large part by Mr. Norman himself, and held in conjunction with the Sport Industry Conference, the search was designed to discover the next generation of successful entrepreneurs, inventors, creators, and innovators in the sport arena.

Conference founder and executive director, Alicia Jessop, Esq., states that “candidates from eight countries, across five continents submitted hundreds of applications for the chance to pitch their ideas to Mr. Norman and his team of investors.”

As Mr. Norman states, the process is “about supporting disruptive innovation.” Norman and his team of investors were looking for the most innovative use of technology.

The finalists who received the opportunity to make that pitch for the chance to receive financial backing and the investment necessary to jumpstart their ventures were:

  • Game Cart, Pete Bastawros
  • The Grint, Jose Torbay
  • Fiomet, LLC, Scott Rapp, MD
  • Spalk, Ben Reynolds

InJupiter wishes all of the entrepreneurial finalists good luck! Stay tuned for the results — and for some amazing innovations to hit the market.
